Each of the 7 Archangel represents a day of the week and their corresponding color to burn that day. Start your practice on Sunday burning the blue section only representing Archangel Michael. This candle is meant to be snuff out each day when the corresponding color is burned. Continue this practice until you finish with Archangel Zadkiel on Saturday.
